We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer to join a collaborative and innovative team, who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various Mobile, Web Applications and digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Responsibilities:

• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback and giving the best UIUX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. and Design graphic user interface elements (such as icons, input controls, navigational components and informational components).
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design.
• Collaborating effectively with design, product, engineering and marketing teams to ensure the creation and delivery of the best product design output for our users.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UIUX Designer with 2+ years of experience and Product Thinking. Please don’t apply if you need user persona research to be done by somebody else.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments and who have worked on Apps, Dashboards, Landing pages and Apps and Design systems.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Expertise in standard UIUX software such as Figma is a Must Please include the portfolio link in your Resume.
• Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and UX trends.
• Should have strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Good time-management skills.
